MY STORY

I worked with organizational psychologists in leadership development, founded an e-learning agency, and built and sold a tabletop gaming website for six figures.

On paper, everything looked great. But behind the scenes, I was burnt out, disconnected, and wondering…

But I didn’t know what I actually wanted to do!

I spent hundreds of hours researching happiness, motivation, and the psychology of work. I devoured studies, took endless notes, and designed practical, science-based tools to help me find clarity.

I rebuilt my work and life around what actually matters to me. The difference wasn’t just more fulfillment – I felt confident in the direction I was going and was excited about work!

Now I help other people get the same results in their lives.
